Information we collect

When you request a quote, SiteReady Jobsite Services collects the contact, jobsite, scheduling, access, debris, and service details you submit. If you choose to upload jobsite photos, those images and basic file details are stored with your request. We also record limited website interaction events, such as quote-button clicks and form activity, without using those events to collect sensitive personal information.

How information is used

Information and optional jobsite photos are used to review requests, verify site conditions and scope, calculate preliminary estimates, communicate about service, prepare quotes, schedule approved work, maintain business records, and improve the website and customer experience. Uploaded photos are available only through the signed-in operations review and are not placed in a public gallery.

Email and text messages

Service-related email may be sent in response to a request. Text messages are sent only when you provide a mobile number and affirmatively consent. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end text messages when texting is connected.

Sharing and retention

Information and uploaded images may be processed by service providers used for hosting, file storage, email, text messaging, mapping, payment processing, and business operations, and may be shared with service providers only as reasonably necessary to estimate or perform the requested work. SiteReady does not sell customer information. Records are retained only as reasonably needed for quotes, jobs, legal obligations, and business administration.

Your choices

You may ask to correct or remove information or uploaded photos that are not required for an active quote, job, payment, legal obligation, or business record. Contact SiteReady using the public email shown on this website.
