Preliminary estimates

Website-generated ranges are planning estimates, not binding offers. Final pricing is confirmed after SiteReady reviews the debris type and volume, access, labor, equipment, travel, disposal requirements, timing, and other site conditions.

Scheduling

Displayed or requested windows are not reserved until SiteReady confirms the scope, price, and schedule. Weather, disposal availability, unsafe conditions, access restrictions, equipment issues, or circumstances outside reasonable control may require rescheduling.

Materials and site conditions

Customers must disclose hazardous, regulated, contaminated, unusually heavy, or unknown materials and any site condition that could affect safe access or disposal. Standard quotes exclude hazardous-material handling unless expressly included in writing.

Approval and deposits

Online acceptance confirms the customer’s authorization for the described work and price. When a deposit is required, the job is not fully secured until the deposit is successfully processed. Final terms included with a confirmed quote control if they differ from these website terms.

Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, address, access, debris, scheduling, and scope information. Material changes may require a revised quote.
